"Auge für Auge" (eng.: Eye for Eye) is an illustration series that deals with the eerie concept of eye contact. Since I personally also used to struggle with eye contact I tried to reflect those feelings of unease and nervousness in the drawings.
The 8 illustrations I conceptualized digitally on my iPad and then translated with ink and pen on paper. I bound all pages together with the Japanese 4-hole binding technique.
